Since this interview was recorded as we were coming out of the lockdown Jen has done an update below of how things are going now.
Interview Update from Jen
‘Since the interview I have launched BARRE STRENGTH and BARRE CONDITIONING, my lockdown babies. These have such a feel good factor and work for those who are back in the studio or at home.
I have also hosted my first online cook along, Happy Food. Participants received recipes in advance and had the option to watch the masterclass or cook one or two dishes at the same time. It was a great success and I am pleased to see it was really interactive and fun, which I couldn’t have guaranteed at the outset.
I have had some lovely feedback and will be hosting another one, probably in Autumn but definitely for Christmas’
